Participating Cities

We provide Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) services through the REI Tour/DeafTax.com VITA Pilot. If you are a low-income Deaf taxpayer living in or nearby any of the Participating Cities listed below, you may receive free tax preparation services You must bring an accepted picture ID and tax documents to obtain free tax preparation services. All REI Tour/DeafTax.com VITA services are provided only through the cities listed on this website.
